All our online lessons are taught over Skype, WiZiQ and GoogleDocs. The first step is to contact us, so we can determine your skill level. From there, we can schedule our first class, at your convenience. You will need a headset that plugs into your computer, and a free Skype, WiZiQ or GoogleDocs account to begin. Our contact us will follow a lesson plan, according to what you most want to learn. Some people want to improve their grammar, other students are interested in improving their language vocabulary and some just want to practice conversation or students want to prepare exams.

What do I need to do to cancel a lesson?
Just send an e-mail to your contact us 24 hours before your lesson begins. You will not be charged and you can re-arrange you lesson for another time and date.
Are there extra charges for phone lessons?
All Skype to Skype calls are free. Skype, WiZiQ or GoogleDocs are a free services, so we don't need to worry about long distance phone charges.

What do I need to start lessons with Learn Over IP?
This depends on the type of lessons you want.
For Skype lessons you need:

- Free WiZiQ or GoogleDocs account.
- A headset and microphone
We will also provide support and additional learning materials via GoogleDoc which will be prepared according to your needs. For notes exchanging you can use either Skype chat feature or GoogleDoc. All information will be sent by e-mail before first lesson or you ask your contact us directly per Skype.

When can I start my lessons?

How many lessons would you recommend I have?
The number of lessons depends on your current foreign language level and your learning aims.Some students have a couple of Skype lessons per weeks, others start with one or two a week and then reduce it to one every other. We have students who meet 5 times a week for skype lessons and others who meet only once a month. We think the important thing is regular contact with the language you want to learn.
